Rosen Shingle Creek

Make your hotel reservations today at the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek Resort—the headquarters hotel for NACCHO Annual 2009! Reservations can be made directly with Rosen Shingle Creek Resort by calling toll-free at (866) 996-6338, for Sunday, July 26–Tuesday, August 4, 2009, but not on Thursday, July 30. The hotel is now sold out for the evening of July 30.

Please request the group rate for the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) or the NACCHO Annual 2009 Conference. The rate for NACCHO attendees is $159 single/$179 double, plus tax—but only as long as availability lasts. Reservations may also be made online here.

Overflow rooms are available at the conference rate at the Rosen Centre which is located 5 minutes (driving) from the Rosen Shingle Creek.

Transportation and Parking

Transportation

The Rosen Shingle Creek is located 12 miles from Orlando International Airport. Taxis are available in the ground transportation area of the terminal on a 24-hour basis. The approximate fare into downtown Orlando is $42-$55 depending on which taxi service is utilized.

The Mears Shuttle can be picked up on level one of the airport and taken to the hotel for a fare of $18 one-way or $29 round-trip.

Taxi/sedan service costs approximately $20-$25 one-way through Star Transportation.

Parking

Valet Parking at the Rosen Shingle Creek is $18 per night. Self-parking is $8 per 24-hour period.
