Bringing Staff Means More Discounts

Local health departments (LHDs) can qualify for the even lower “Additional Member” rate by sending several staff members to Orlando. When one NACCHO member in a LHD registers at the full member rate, each additional person of that department will save $45 on his or her fee!

Airline Discount from American Airlines

American Airlines is pleased to offer NACCHO Annual 2009 Conference attendees a discount off their airfare. The group number is A2179AM.  Follow these steps to take advantage of a 5% discount on AA, American Eagle®, and AmericanConnections®.

1) Go directly to www.aa.com to book your flight(s).

2) After you have selected your flight(s) under the "Enter Passenger Details" tab, go to the "AA.com Promotion Code" field and enter in A2179AM.

Discounted fare is valid for travel between July 23, 2009 – August 4, 2009, and is valid for travel on American Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection, oneworld Alliance, and codeshare partners from anywhere to Orlando, FL.

Rental Car Discount from Avis

Special NACCHO Annual Hotel Rates

Request the NACCHO Annual 2009 group rate at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort, the headquarters hotel for NACCHO Annual 2009. The rate for NACCHO attendees is $159 single/$179 double plus tax—as long as availability lasts. Ask for this rate Sunday, July 26 – Tuesday, August 4, 2009, but not Thursday, July 30, as the hotel is sold out for that evening.
