Have you heard about the large federal investments being made in health information technology and wondered what it means for your local health department (LHD)? This session will discuss the national picture and how your organization fits in. Participants will see how LHDs compare to one another in terms of informatics capacity and needs by learning about needs assessment conducted by NACCHO.
