DIrector of Public Health Clinton County Health Department, NY
Paula has been the Director of Public Health at the Clinton County Health Department for 10 years. Clinton County is an ACHIEVE community and Paula is a member of the ACHIEVE team. She is also a member of the NACCHO Chronic Disease Prevention Workgroup and co-chair of NACCHO's Leadership for Healthier Communities program, which is funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She has been been in public health for 30+ years.
