Welcome to MAPP Related Toolkit!
Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) is a community-driven strategic planning process for improving community health. The MAPP Related Toolkit allows MAPP users to browse, adopt, and tailor tools and resources, developed by both MAPP users and NACCHO staff, to complete the different phases of MAPP. The toolkit also includes resources for marketing, communication, performance improvement, and evaluation.
