HIV Risk Assessment Questionnaire - Part III


The HIV Risk Assessment Questionnaire Part III was developed by the Oregon Health and Science University Partnership Project. This assessment can be administered by staff or can be self-administered. The assessment includes questions from Assessments I and II, such as HIV risk behavior, knowledge, and risk reduction techniques, and is intended to be administered three months, six months, and one year after the individual has been enrolled in a prevention program.
