This security plan asks the health department a variety of security questions regarding transport, physical security, identification, access control, physical barriers, lighting, communications, and security breaches for both the RSS and the POD sites. The plan was developed as a template and can be adapted to ask questions relative to specific situations.

Useful tool By Muriel DeLaVergne-Brown I would agree this is not a plan, but a useful planning tool. It does need additional work.
Security template for the RSS and PODS By Joshua Carlyle While I don't think this document can be called a plan, I do think it is a useful planning tool. It presents important questions that must be considered in RSS and POD security planning. However, I don't believe that this tool alone would produce a user-friendly plan. Additional work would be needed.
