Description:

This document explains briefly what a Point of Dispensing (POD) does and how a business can become a potential POD should an emergency occur.  It explains the requirements of the business, the importance of their volunteering, and the benefits the company may receive.  This would serve as a template to other health departments seeking to increase understanding of the roles community members can play in emergency situations or seeking to recruit businesses to volunteer to become POD sites.
