The Genesee County Health Department (GCHD) used several QI tools and techniques (5 Whys, Pareto Chart, Process Mapping, flow chart, data chart, and Root Cause Analysis) to improve the documentation process of staff trainings. As a result of this project, the process now accurately documents an increased number of trainings and leadership development activities.
