Resident Opinion Survey on Housing Authority's Smoking Policy

This one page survey is in both English and Spanish and was developed by Tobacco Free Lake County at the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center. Designed to support the Lake County Housing Authority's efforts to reduce tenants' exposure to secondhand smoke, it was sent to the current Housing Authority residents to assess their need for and interest in living in a smoke-free building. Such information is useful to those promoting smoke-free housing, particularly when persuading or collaborating with property owners.
