This 9-page report presents how quality improvement (QI) was built into the Northern Kentucky Independent District Health Department's (NKIDHD) process to develop a plan to run H1N1 immunization clinics. Using various QI tools including a customer survey for data collection, Flow Charting and Stop/Start/Continue Matrix, NKIDHD identified areas for improvement within the immunization process. This resource is intended for those with basic QI knowledge and ready to apply QI to agency functions.
