H1N1 Public Clinics Dose Sharing Spreadsheet

This Excel spreadsheet can be used to share information about excess H1N1 vaccine doses and doses needed among neighboring jurisdictions. It lists all the communities in Massachusetts Region 4A that planned H1N1 public vaccinations clinics in the fall 2009. A contact person, address, phone number, and e-mail are included for each community.
