CDC Sodium Reduction Awareness Tool

Description:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention released a Sodium Reduction Awareness Tool in 2010. This tool is designed to increase awareness of the health risks of excess sodium, common sources of sodium, and the importance of national sodium reduction. It includes a presentation with accompanying script on state and local action opportunities, fact sheets, questions and answers, and other resources.
