Let's Make a Plan: Personal Emergency Preparedness for People with Disabilities

These tools were developed as part of the Franklin County Project DEMAND (Disability, Emergency and Mohawk Area Needs). In the context of disability and emergency preparedness, the staff decided to shift their focus from a systems level approach to building individual and group capacity.

This group of tools - a PowerPoint, workbook and training manual - will allow public health officials to work with people with disabilities to develop personal emergency preparedness plans.
