Following Congress' $75million appropriation for Fiscal Year 2010 for the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative, the Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) released a list of evidence-based programs eligible for these funds. This list was created to support grant applicants in developing proposals for OAH, but can also be used by any local health department working with middle schools, high schools, community based organizations, clinics, and/or substance use treatment facilities to prevent and reduce teen pregnancy. Each summary includes an overview of the program and the research evidence.
