The National Initiative for Children's Health Care Quality (NICHQ) has compiled a variety of messages and programs to guide policy makers, and other health and health care professionals in addressing the obesity epidemic.  NICHQ offers a variety of programs and models to  tailor to your own communities' needs, but each is aimed at helping women have healthy pre- and interconception lifestyles. This resource developed out ot NICHQ's extensive work on neonatal outcomes, breastfeeding, and school-based health centers.
