Adult Hepatitis Immunization Clinic Protocol for a Local Health Department

Description:

The West Virginia Immunization Program created this five page document laying out the adult hepatitis clinic protocol for a local health department. Local health departments can use this as a guide to help  set up a viral hepatitis vaccine initiative, obtain clients’ consent, respond to adverse outcomes, make referrals, report required information, and lastly to do outreach work.
