Community Health Resources Database

Description:

Developed by CDC's Community Health and Program Services Branch, the database includes links to hundreds of useful planning guides, evaluation frameworks, communication materials, health risk factors data and statistics, fact sheets, scientific articles, and key reports from a variety of organizations, much of which is geared toward supporting policy changes in communities.

Local jurisdictions will find this database useful when developing policies for Health in All Policies (HiAP) in their jurisdictions.
