Action Planning Template for Local Tobacco Control Coalitions

Description:

This Action Planning Template provides a single document that will assist local tobacco control and prevention coalitions to:

  • Develop short-term, intermediate, and long-term objectives for their work,
  • Plan activities that will enable the coalition to reach these objectives,
  • Keep track of activities, coalition members responsible for activities, resources needed, and deadlines, and
  • Ensure that all activities are aligned with objectives identified by the coalition.
