Flavor that Food!


The University of Nebraska at Lincoln Extension of Lancaster County has created a one page fact sheet that provide salt-free alternatives to flavoring food.  A listing of meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables are paired with appropriate salt-free spices, such as bay leaf, curry powder, ginger, dill and basil.  Tips for cooking such foods are also included.
