Adolescent Immunization Poster Gallery

Description:

The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH) has created an Adolescent Immunization Poster Gallery, which includes posters targeted to pre-teens, teens and their parents. The purpose of these posters is to encourage dialogue between adolescent patients, their parents, and health care personnel about vaccines needed to stay healthy. The message is simple and straightforward: talk to your doctor about vaccines you may need.
