Mass Fatality Plan - Richmond City Health District

This document is a plan for local response to mass fatalities developed in 2010 by the Richmond City Health District. Its components include the following:

Concept of Operations, including a delineation of responsibilities among different local agencies;
Fatality reporting;
Transportation, storage, handling, tracking and disposition procedures; and

This plan was also used as part of an application for Project Public Health Ready and can be used as an example for other local health departments.
