Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) Executive Summary Example

Description:

The Executive Summary in a Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) application describes the agency, its jurisdiction and its approach to public health preparedness.  It also describes how the agency addresses all three goals of the PPHR Criteria (all-hazards preparedness planning, workforce capacity development, and demonstration of readiness through exercises or response to real threats). A PPHR Executive Summary must include the following:

  • Introduction
  • Jurisdictional Area Description
  • Organizational Structure of the Agency
  • Employee Demographic Information
  • Connection/Coordination
