Training Matrix

Description:

This matrix is used by Chaffee County Public Health, CO, to track the trainings required by their training plan.  The matrix includes the following information:

  • Audience
  • Training Objective
  • Delivery Method
  • Evaluation Method
  • Marketing Method
  • Essential Services
  • Target Capability
  • Training Recipient

A separate table is also used to track the trainings completed by each staff member.

This matrix was used as evidence for Goal 2 of a Project Public Health Ready application and can be used as an example by other agencies.
