Response Role Tables

This excerpt from the Elbert County Department of Health and Environment's Emergency Operations Plan contains tables delineating the agencies responsible for each Emergency Support Function(ESF).

The first table lists the primary agency responsible for planning and facilitation for each ESF as well as that agency's responsibilities.

The second table lists the role of ESF 8 Health and Medical partners, including the lead and supporting agencies for various functions and the responsibilities of those agencies.

A third table lists required public health response roles along with their position descriptions and associated agencies.

These tables were submitted as evidence for Goal 1 of a Project Public Health Ready application and can be used as examples by other agencies.
