This Special Populations Resources chart identifies the special needs and vulnerable populations in northeast Colorado by characteristics such as age, medical and disability issues, isolation, language/literacy and those at economic disadvantage.

Population figures are provided for each identified vulnerable population, as well as contact information for the agencies that will assist the special needs/vulnerable populations in accessing resources and information in emergency situations.
