Training Justification Example

This excerpt from Rockland County Health Department's Training Needs Assessment describes the goals and objectives for agency workforce capacity development.  The explanation directly links the steps to be taken to the results of the training needs assessment, as well as to national priorities and lessons learned through exercises.
