Workforce Development Plan Example

Description:

This is an example of a well-organized and thorough workforce development plan.  The plan was developed based upon a training needs assessment undertaken by the agency and clearly describes the competencies that trainings are intended to improve.

This plan was submitted by Flagler County Health Department has evidence for Goal 2 of a Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) application and can be used as an example by other applicants or by agencies seeking to improve their levels of preparedness.
