Training Needs Assessment

Description:

This 17 page PDF is an example of a training needs assessment developed for Goal 2: Workforce Competency for Round 2 of PPHR by the Metropolitan Public Health Department, Nashville/Davidson County in 2005.  The assessment was designed in partnership with the North Carolina Center Public Health Preparedness.

This assessment is a good example because it collects information on confidence to carry out emergency response activities; essential service activities; overall work in public health; interest in training courses; use of computers and the internet and demographics.
