The Worksite Wellness Kit

Description:

The Worksite Wellness Kit is an on-line, downloadable resource for businesses that are interested in implementing health promotion activities at the worksite.  The kit is specifically designed for small to medium sized worksites that do not currently have a funded worksite health promotion program.  The kit includes several sections and worksite can download the entire kit, or just specific sections.  Individual sections include; human resources, tobacco prevention, physical activity, nutrition and blood pressure.  Each section contains information, resources and simple health promotion activities that can be implemented at the worksite for little or no cost.

The Worksite Wellness Kit can be accessed at the Southern Nevada Health District, Office of Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Promotion website at: www.gethealthyclarkcounty.org.
