Active for Life

Description:

ACS has developed a 10-week workplace program called Active for Life, which encourages regular physical activity among employees by helping individuals set goals and by forming teams for motivation and support.  The program includes workshops on personal safety and health, as well as activities such as group walks designed to inform and motivate participants.  Communities can partner with ACS on Active for Life activities to encourage employers to engage their employees in physical activity and to further their workplace action plans.
