Curriculum: Freedom from Smoking

Description:

The American Lung Association has developed a smoking cessation program called Freedom from Smoking.  The online seven-module program helps individuals determine their readiness to quit smoking, build motivation, commit to quitting, and learn stress management and communication techniques to sustain cessation.  Communities can incorporate this online smoking cessation support program into their action plans related to tobacco use.  The Freedom from Smoking online program is free on the American Lung Association website, but registration is required.
