Essential Service Designation Example - Region 4B

Since the cost of TSP can be an obstacle for achieving Essential Service designation, previous Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) sites have provided evidence of GETS cards until they can secure adequate funding for TSP lines. 

These two PDF documents were created in 2006 as evidence for the Measure of ESD for PPHR by the Massachusetts Emergency Preparedness Region 4B.  The first is an excerpt from the documentation cross-walk and the second is the evidence that was presented in the application.
