Continual Training and Pre-Completed Application/ Invoices Enhance Centrax

Description:

This promising practice outlines how one health department conducted “Continual Training” in the complicated, state-mandated Centrax computer program.  It also established “Pre-Completed Application/Invoices Enhance Centrax.” The objective is to increase efficiency and productivity, with the goals of faster permitting procedures, more effective computer information available for all staff, and a more customer-friendly overall permitting procedure.
