Tools for Communication with the General Public in Emergencies


This promising practice outlines how the Ingham County Health Department implemented the Mutare Software Interactive Disease Module Information System to address the public's need for accurate and timely information during emergency situations, such as West Nile Virus and Influenza.  The implementation action steps included:
