San Francisco's HIV Prevention Plan: Strategies and Interventions

This chapter of the 2004 San Francisco HIV Prevention Plan highlights specific strategies for HIV prevention. The toolbox outlined in this document includes four major categories: program design and implementation principles, behavioral theory, strategies and interventions, and standards of practice and quality assurance.
