Example Strategic Plan

Description:

This seven-page document is the culmination of the first five phases of Chicago's MAPP process.  Chicago's strategic plan provides examples of a vision statement, strategic issues, goals and strategies.  The document also shows data supporting each identified strategic issue and is an excellent example of how to package results to share with the community.
