| Communications Manual accompanies the Amateur Radi | Joshua Carlyle | I think these are useful tools, but I think there are two distinct tools here. One is the amateur radio equipment. This is a redundant method of communications that local health departments should be exploring. With recent changes to FCC rules, it is now easier to incorporate this technology into disaster drills. The second tool is a very good Risk Communications manual. I think each of these tools can stand on their own, and I find grouping them to be a little incongruent. |
