| Excellent! | Anonymous | I thought this was an excellent document. It gives readers a lot to consider, and examples of problems that are already being seen. It might help that California is such a widely varied state because I thought the way they broke the document into the different sections of the state gave an excellent cross-section of things to consider. Enjoyable read. |
