Public Health Exercise Tool	Martha Wagaman	This is a very informative tool for planning an exercise for Public Health Emergency Response.  However, it could use updating to conform to the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program guidelines.
Public Health Preparedness Exercise Toolkit w/Avia	Joshua Carlyle	This tool is out-of-date.  It may have been helpful back in early 2006, but no longer.  Only one of the links in the document works, HSEEP is only briefly mentioned (and happens to be one of the bad links), and we all lived the flu scenario over the past year.
