SNS/CRI Alternate Dispensing Modalities	Martha Wagaman	This booklet is exactly as described.  It provides a brief overview of the Strategic National Stockpile and CRI programs in language any lay person can understand.  It also describes the benefits of using various targeted dispensing modalities: private business Points of Dispensing, Faith-based Organization PODs, Institutional PODs, Mobile PODs, Drive-thru PODs, etc.  It is a very helpful tool for introducing potential partners to the CRI program and POD concept.
CRI Alternative Dispensing Guide: A Collection of	Joshua Carlyle	I think this is a nice summary of a number of different alternative methods of dispensing.  However, I would not really classify it as a tool.  It would be helpful to have some of the planning documents that are referenced within the guide.
