Medical Reserve Corps and CERT members help solve staffing shortages |

We have added extra staff for H1N1, but our current staff is getting burned out, especially emergency preparedness staff and department management. It has been all-consuming. |

On the positive side, it has been a great opportunity and a blessing to be able to use our MRC and CERT members. |
