The American Journal of Epidemiology publishes empirical research findings, opinion pieces, and methodological developments in the field of epidemiological research. 

The Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, the official journal of the Society for Social Medicine, is an international journal publishing original research and reviews covering applied, methodological, and theoretical issues with emphasis on studies using multidisciplinary or integrative approaches.

The European Journal of Epidemiology is a forum on the epidemiology of communicable and non-communicable diseases and their control. 

The International Journal of Epidemiology encourages communication among those engaged in the research, teaching, and application of epidemiology of both communicable and non-communicable disease, including research into health services and medical care.

The Journal of Exposure Science and Environmental Epidemiology publishes research important to exposure assessment for toxic substances, environmental epidemiology that includes a strong exposure analysis component, and related disciplines that advance the exposure assessment process.

Epidemiologic Reviews is published annually, featuring review articles on a particular subject.

EPIDEMIOLOGY, the official journal of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology, includes review articles and meta-analyses, novel hypotheses, descriptions and applications of new methods, and discussions of research theory or public health policy. 

The Weekly Epidemiological Record disseminates epidemiological information on cases and outbreaks of diseases under the International Health Regulations and other communicable diseases.

The Epidemiology Monitor is a monthly magazine providing updates about the profession and current epidemiologic thought and theories.
