Workforce

More than 30 staff from rural local health departments participated in the Rural Health Dialogue held at the 2004 NACCHO Annual Conference. Participants discussed recruitment and retention, training and retraining, and the tactics used in their communities to address these issues. The results were complied into an issue brief.
