Policy Statements

NACCHO's policy statements not only inform our national voice for local health departments, but they can also support your local and state voice for policy development and stakeholder education work. We strongly encourage your use of these recommendations for your tobacco prevention and control efforts.

The NACCHO Board of Directors approved a new policy statement in Feb. 2013, "Regulation of Smokeless and Emerging Tobacco Products."
