The signs are designed for use in Emergency Mass Prophylaxis Service Locations or Points of Distribution (POD). The signs can be used in a variety of station configurations. The function of the signs is to assist staff in communicating with clients about service and process information in an easy-to-understand, clear, and intuitive manner. They are designed to increase service quality, efficiency, as well as reduce client fear or anxiety.
