APC Regional Workshops Tour

The APC Regional Workshops Tour introduces a whole new set of innovative products and events in 2011. Focusing on regions that are under-represented at national events or lack resources to dedicate to public health all-hazards preparedness issues, the Regional Workshops make it easier for nearby local health departments to take advantage of APC products and training.   

NACCHO awards a limited number of travel scholarships (up to $1,400) to local public health/preparedness practitioners to attend an APC Regional Workshop in their area. Applications are required for all interested participants, and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis.   

2011 APC Regional Workshops Tour:

• April 27–28, New Orleans, LA
• June 1–2, Salt Lake City, UT
• June 23–24, Portland, ME
• August 2–3, Kansas City, MO
