2010 Roadshows Have Been Canceled
The remaining 2010 APC Roadshows (Providence and Wilmington) have been canceled. The APC Program staff plan to reschedule at a later date. Please check back for more information about future training opportunities. The Advanced Practice Centers (APC) are taking their show on the road and invite you to join them for a special regional meeting opportunity beginning this spring. Don't have the time or budget to travel across the country for a large conference? The APC Roadshows are designed to bring the resources, experts, and networking opportunities to you, to help prepare your community for the next public health emergency—at no cost! Application process is closed. May 25–26: Grand Junction, CO July 27–28: Providence, RI Aug. 24–25: Wilmington, NC Who can attend? NACCHO will award 160 travel scholarships (up to $1,400) to local public health/preparedness practitioners to attend an APC Roadshow in their region. Those interested in participating must complete a brief application. Applicants will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, only one representative from an organization will be funded to attend, and applicants must be a first-time APC Roadshow attendee. Still have questions?
