Turning Point: Collaborating for a New Century in Public Health is a national initiative sponsored by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (WKKF) and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) and directed by the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine (UW).  Turning Point created a national learning environment and provided resources and support for participating states, tribes, and communities in pursuit of a strengthened and transformed public health system for the 21st Century.
