Project Overview: The Green River District Health Department (GRDHD) is located in Western Kentucky and serves a population of 213,000. GRDHD focused on establishing a media strategy to inform staff ("internal customers") about the public health outreach efforts made by the department. Through weekly e-mails, all employees were updated on when television segments were scheduled to air and when articles were to be published in local newspapers.
